hi! Are you tired of eLijAh pics yet?

He's at such a fun age (he just turned 18 months),

I just can't help myself!

He's quite proud of himself

for digging out his daddy's old

fishing hat.

I've been busy with new ideas and new PAPER! I love basic grey

designs so you'll see them a lot in my pieces. Unfortunately the closest

scrapbooking store is an hour and a half away so I have to order

from eBay sellers and two peas in a bucket. Sometimes it's difficult

to pick out paper via the internet - I've been disappointed by some but

have also been quite happily surprised by others.

My next batch of paper is due to arrive any day now - yiPpeE!

We don't have any real plans - just the way I like it :)

The donation pieces for the silent auction are finally finished and have

been delivered - hOorAy! I hope they do well. I made the pieces for

a luncheon whose proceeds support our local children's playhouse.

eLijAh really loves going (we went today in fact). There is so much to do

and so many little ones to play with. Being he is an only child I

worry sometimes that he won't develop any social skills so

having a place like this helps his development and doesn't hurt

mine either!

hello! I'm back to plerk and it feels great!

You're probably wondering what exactly is "plerk".

It's a verb used by my friend eLeAnor that combines play and work.

I just love it!

Below are pieces of my "canvas". They're papier mache

bits that I cut, collage, and paint.

These are pieces in progress. The houses will be donations for a silent auction to benefit our local children's playhouse.

I'm disappointed I wasn't able to participate in this sPoOkytiMe jiNgLes update but I've got some fun ideas brewing for mArch. Hmmm.

yiPpEe!!! I'm back after two months - can you believe that much time

has gone by?! I'm not sure I remember how to post or even use my camera!!!

Thank you for your kindness and well wishes while I've

been getting myself back to together. It is so nice of you to check in on me :)

I am happy to report that I'm feeling

like myself again, hOorAy!, I've missed me.

I'm hoping to have a few goodies for the sPoOkytiMe jiNgLes update this friday the 13th - how fitting is that?! Love it. Anyway, I'll keep you posted.
